Tui

$350.00Price
  • Details:

The Tui bird is unique to New Zealand. They are easily identified by the curled white tuft under their throat. The tui is one of New Zealand’s most vocal song birds, the first to start at dawn and the last to fall quiet at dusk. In Maori culture the Tui has powerful significance. They act as messengers to the gods in the heavens.

1000′s of feathers were used to create this gown and wings.

This costume is size 6-8 and is made with a satin fabric underneath. It is a halter neck design which fastens with hooks and eyes.  The dress is covered in 1000's of feathers. It also comes with a head piece and detachable feathered wings.
